Unlike most online training services, our fitness and nutrition programs are customized to your schedule, your preferences, and your level of experience. You’ll interact with your coach every week. No one-size-fits-all templates. Everything is customized specifically for you.

Bodystrong Training is a family. We only take on 30 people max for the year. This is very customized. We’ll remember your dog’s name; we’ll send you gifts for big life milestones; and we’ll always be here to listen, no matter what’s going on in your life. It’s an honor to be apart of your journey, and we want you to feel supported in every way.

Going on vacation? Work trip? No problem. We'll help you out. Want to skip the gym and exercise at home with minimal equipment? You got it. No matter what you’ve got going on in your life, we'll adjust your plan so you can stay consistent and continue getting great results.

Instead of quick fixes that don't stick, we play the long game and require a 6-month minimum commitment (of course, you can stay longer if you want). Why? Because we’ve coached thousands of people over the last 15 years and have found that it requires at least 6-months for 90% of people to hit their goals. We know you’re here for accountability, and this is part of it. We don’t want you to quit before you hit your goals. We also believe in solutions that last. We want you to get great results now — that you keep for the rest of your life. In fact, most of our clients decide to stick with us for a full year or more, just to keep the positive changes coming and keep life stress free and simple.

Structured training program that fits your goals, lifestyle, equipment, and medical history. Includes all warm-ups, sets, reps, rest, coaches notes and every exercise has short video for technique.
Meal Plan; includes all daily meals with recipes, grocery list, food exclusions/ allergies, and even take into account time to cook, leftovers and cost for groceries.
