First up, Prioritizing: After we understand your goals from our initial assessment, we'll figure out what needs your immediate attention. This step is all about setting the right targets from the get-go.

Then comes the Planning: Think of this as your personalized road map to success. We'll outline what you need and chart the best course of action to achieve your fitness dreams.

And finally, Structuring: This is where the magic happens. We carefully build each phase of your training program, focusing on workouts that are not just effective but also safe and sustainable. We're in this for the long haul, and we want you to be too!

HOW IT WORKS

  1. CONSULTATION

    After reaching out, you will fill out a detailed questionnaire so we can get to know your training background, health history, and goals.

2. FITNESS ASSESSMENT

During your fitness assessment, your coach will check your mobility and get a baseline of your strength, conditioning, and how well you move. Accounting for your training age, any past injuries, and equipment available to you, you and your coach will start to make a plan for your goals.

3. CUSTOM PLAN

Based on the system, structure, and schedule that works best for you, you and your coach will check-in on a weekly basis to train and focus on proper progression towards your goals. You will have the Bodystrong CoachRX app to see your workouts with goals, sets, reps and recovery to keep you consistent. You will also be able to track your weights used, nutrition, stress, and sleep.

  • Personal Coaching

    As a personal training coach we will help create tailored exercise programs, offers nutritional guidance, and sets achievable fitness goals. We provide continuous motivation, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed. Additionally, we ensure correct exercise form, preventing injury and maximizing effectiveness, leading to improved overall health and well-being.

    Choose between an 8 or 12 session pack per month. There is a 3 month minimum.

  • Personal Programming Online

    An online personal training program complements your gym or home workouts by offering tailored fitness plans, expert guidance, and accountability. It enhances your exercise regime with personalized routines, nutritional advice, and progress tracking, ensuring you achieve your goals efficiently and effectively. Structured training is crucial for focused, safe, and result-oriented workouts.

    You choose between a month to month plan that last 6 months or the whole year which bring the best results and saves you money.

    You will receive 3-5 workouts per week based on your assessment , your time frame and goals. As you progress and hit new milestones each month so does your personalized program.
